I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the course you delivered, which was fantastic and beyond what I expected. Probably the most noticeable was how you made it personal. When you talked of how we could save someone we love and how you told of your daughter, it connected with me in a very real way. You are not just a lecturer, but a family man who obviously cares deeply about others and is passionate about the subject matter you teach. Thankyou for coming all the way out here. My wife and I extend an invitation to you and your family to come anytime or drop by when you are in the area. We'll keep in touch.

As I said on the day, plain language and no death by power point were highlights plus the specific mentions of pregnant woman. I also wanted to say the physical assessments done in the way you did it was the least stressed I’ve ever been. Usually I’ve done these as an individual in front of everyone which regardless of skill is daunting. Small group and individual tasks where everyone is doing something at the same time and your circulating to watch without us even knowing…hands down the best course I’ve been a part of. Thank you! I have been to Jamie several times now for my First Aid and found that his approach to teaching First Aid is extremely realistic. Jamie teaches First Aid in a way that gives you the knowledge and confidence to handle applying First Aid in a real life situation not just one that is read from a text book on how to apply First Aid in the "Perfect Scenario" like many other First Aid courses.

Attended the First Aid course in Armidale. Have never been to a First Aid course before, it really does open your eyes to First Aid! Jamie ,Adam and Liz are experienced trainers, they make learning fun and make sure you do everything right! proud to call myself a First Aider. Would recommend to everyone. Jamie is a great trainer, his experience in the field in many areas bring the training to be more enjoyable and allows things to stick to your mind for life. No such thing as a boring class with Jamie.

Just completed first aid course today. Jamie has a unique way of delivering material in a practically based form. I found it a very easy way to learn. I have completed various 1st aid accreditations over the last 45 years. This was by far the easiest & MOST EFFECTIVE way to learn.

I recently completed my First Aid course with Jamie and he was brilliant! Jamie creates a very comfortable atmosphere in an environment which is very safe and open to discussion. He delivers a practical and theoretical side to all of the course and covers every area in detail. Very easy to learn and a very effective way of teaching. Highly recommend.
